1. Acceptable use

You may not use Pikivie to generate or publish content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, under Indian law or the law of the platform you publish to.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Impersonates a real person, brand, or organisation you are not authorised to represent.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
• For accounts in a regulated industry (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services): attempts to bypass, disable, or work around the platform's compliance keyword filter, or to have content published without the human review that filter requires.

Content that violates this policy may be removed, and repeat or serious violations may lead to account suspension without a refund of any remaining subscription period.

Publishing to a connected account also requires following that platform's own rules — Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards for Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies, and Pinterest's Community Guidelines. Content that gets your connected account restricted or banned by that platform is outside Pikivie's control.

2. Subscription & AI credits

Pikivie has two separate balances: a monthly subscription (posting/scheduling access) and AI credits (image/text generation), topped up separately. Every generation shows its exact credit cost before you approve it — there is never a surprise charge.

• While your subscription is active: generate and publish/schedule, using your available AI credits.
• If your subscription lapses: you can still generate new images and captions with any AI credits you have left, but you cannot publish or schedule posts until you renew.
• If your AI credits run out: generation pauses. Topping up credits works independently of your subscription status — it does not require an active subscription.

3. Billing is non-refundable

Subscription payments and AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once processed. Because the exact cost of every generation is shown and confirmed by you before it happens, credits are treated as spent the moment you approve a generation, not on some later delivery event. Unused credits and unused subscription time do not expire and remain on your account for future use, but are not eligible for a cash refund.

4. Referral bonuses

If someone signs up using your referral link, you receive AI credits equal to 50% of the amount they pay on their first top-up only — never on later top-ups or renewals. Referral credits are not withdrawable as cash and can only be used the same way as any other AI credit balance. Pikivie may withhold or reverse a referral bonus obtained through fraudulent signups (e.g. self-referral, fake accounts).
